In June 2022, I began working with Incremental Group, initially focusing on their Financial Services and Insurance division, which specialized in Dynamics 365 CE. What started as a niche engagement quickly expanded as impressed and began collaborating across other departments, including Professional Services (D365 Finance & Operations and Business Central), Public Sector (D365 Customer Engagement), and Retail & Manufacturing (D365 Finance & Operations).
I worked with the Talent Acquisition team in an agile and collaborative manner, holding weekly meetings to review live roles, address urgent requirements, and discuss any challenges encountered during the sourcing process or hiring stages. Our partnership went beyond these structured meetings; we maintained close communication through regular messages and calls, ensuring we could respond swiftly to changes in the marketplace and adapt our strategies as needed. This proactive approach allowed us to stay ahead in a highly competitive recruitment landscape.
